With the PLUS formula, you can lease your own furniture, appliances, and fittings, and give your home a personal and stylish touch. The furniture in the PLUS formula is new and specially ordered for you. Thanks to the purchase option, you never have to give up your new interior again. 

Another reason why our PLUS-formula is so popular is that it is the only one of our formulas where you can lease furniture with an option to buy afterwards (this in contrast to the TEMP and RENT formula). This so called ‘rent to own’ option allows you to actually buy your complete package or singular items from your package when the initial rental agreement runs out. It is not mandatory to include the ‘rent to own furniture’ option in the agreement, since the option will only be added to the contract at your own request. Also, when you do decide to add the option to the contract, it is not mandatory to exercise it afterwards.

Nevertheless, almost all of our PLUS-formula clients choose to add the ‘rent to own’ option to their contracts. If you then rent or buy your home in the long term or get attached to your personal rental interior, you can make it yours permanently at a fixed price for which the terms are also set in the initial rental agreement.

Rent to own appliances

The ‘rent to own’ option which allows you to keep your package after the rental contract ends, is not only applicable to the furniture in your package. In case you get attached to certain appliances in your rental package, you can decide to keep it permanently at a fixed price, as set in the initial rental contract. You see, our PLUS-formula offers you the ‘lease to own appliances’ option in case your temporary house turns in a permanent home for any kind of reason.

There is nothing better than immediately feeling at home in a new place. Your interior plays an important role here, of course. By leasing your furniture and paying periodic instalments, you can enjoy quality furniture without having to make a large investment. By leasing furniture, you also contribute to the environment.

We also provide an all-in service for all our PLUS-formula clients. We include a damage waiver, a full rental guarantee and additionally provide delivery, installation, follow-up (free repairs and replacements) and pick up of the entire furniture package at the end of the contract (if the purchase option is not exercised). This way, you do not have to worry about a big move or transportation and any related costs, neither as a landlord or as a tenant.
