At In-Lease, we want to offer rental solutions for all kinds of people and for all kinds of purposes. Our two most popular formulas are the TEMP and the RENT formula. The first one is the easiest solution for short rental periods (up to 12 weeks) since these are predetermined all-in furniture packages. The RENT formula on the other hand can be used for short, but also for longer periods (from 4 to 60 months). With this formula, you can choose from an extensive range of rental furniture, appliances, and home accessories.

TEMP-formula

Our TEMP-formula centers around temporary furniture rental. With the formula, we give people the opportunity to rent a replacement interior for a short-term period. TEMP-choosers have the option to extend their contract after the first rental period of 4 weeks, yet in this case on a weekly basis.

When you move far way or abroad, the entire process of moving your furniture and belongings can take several weeks. That is why, just like with the RENT-formula, we offer various standard all-in packages to make sure you have everything you need to live comfortably until your own furniture arrives. All packages are thoughtfully precomposed by our stylists and include furniture, appliances and other home accessories for a complete home interior and decoration. Even though the packages are precomposed, you can always add or remove items from your selected package or modify quantities to better make it fit your furnishing needs.

These packages also come with a complete deliver-and-collect service, monthly renting fee and transportation costs, included again as well. Our TEMP furniture packages can be delivered at your new place while you are still traveling so everything is ready when you arrive.

When it comes to rental furniture, our RENT-formula is one of our more open and flexible alternatives. With this formula, we offer a monthly furniture rental for all periods between 4 and 60 months with the opportunity to extend your contract on a monthly basis when the initial rental period expires. Perfect for everybody looking to move for a few months or years in their own country or abroad, for example due to a new job. Instead of having all your possessions travel around the world, you can very easily rent furniture and appliances via In-Lease.

For our RENT-formula, we have a great selection of classic, contemporary, and modern furniture styles to shape your home interior. It also goes further than just furniture, because we also provide accessories, lighting, kitchen utensils etc.

Through our all-in packages, we also offer a complete deliver-and-collect service, including the monthly renting fee and transportation costs. This way, you do not have to worry about moving the furniture yourself or any other costs that come with it. Everything comes straight from our own stock so you don't have to wait longer than 5 working days.

Rather prefer long term furniture rental?

If you are on a long-term relocation, you can still opt for our RENT formula (for rentals up to 60 months). Since flexibility is one of our basic principles, recalculation of rental contracts is always possible in case of unexpected extension or early termination. This for example for expats on a longer assignment abroad.

Rent new high-end furniture for a longer period up to 60 months

For those who are planning on renting furniture for a really long time (from 12 to 60 months) we always give the option to rent new furniture and appliances. Clients can select the household furniture themselves from more than 50 brands, with both budget-friendly as more luxurious options. If desired, the rental furniture can be purchased afterwards. This option is called our PLUS formula or our furniture leasing formula.

Not sure how long you will be away? In-Lease offers a flexible furniture rental service which allows you to temporary rent furnishings, which can be extented on a weekly or a monthly basis (depending on the formula).
